About the Author
Kate Kaye, author of The Lowbrow Lowdown, lives in Jersey City with her comic-book devouring husband, Steve, and wickedly manipulative cat, Tura. Kate enjoys cooking and baking, reading, writing poetry, hanging out in NYC, blaring rock 'n' roll music, contemplating actually doing some weaving on her floor loom, drinking excessive amounts of whiskey, listening to Howard Stern's radio show and attempting to grow things in her garden.
To pay the bills, Kate works as a freelance writer, mainly covering the advertising and marketing industry for business trade publications including AdAge's Creativity and Mediapost's MediaDailyNews.
